Love
Today was perfect, I could have walked up and down Broadway for hours (well, except for having to work), enjoying all the new annuals they just planted. Also funny was how I ran into a guy — another writer — who I did an event with last summer, and it turns out that he works on 42nd and always walks down Broadway at the same time I walk up it. At first he was amazed that we hadn’t seen each other before today, and then on second thought he was amazed that we had seen each other at all, which is generally how these encounters play out, but at least we were both smiling and it was nice to bump into someone I knew IRL instead of just seeing his stuff on #FB.
